‘Oh, they’re there, all right,’ Orr had assured him about the flies in Appleby’s eyes after Yossarian’s fist fight with Appleby in the officers’ club, ‘although he probably doesn’t even know it. That’s why he can’t see things as they really are.’
‘How come he doesn’t know it?’ inquired Yossarian.
‘Because he’s got flies in his eyes,’ Orr explained with exaggerated patience. ‘How can he see he’s got flies in his eyes if he’s got flies in his eyes?’
(Catch 22 by Joseph Heller)
Since childhood I have spent my time doing anything crafty. Born and raised in Israel, to an art loving and encouraging mother, and following my older sister’s fascination in drawing and design, I guess I just never had a choice.
So, I majored in art at high-school, studied fashion design for 4 years at Shenkar collage, and now I spend my days working as a graphic designer. And after all is said, now it is time to show you some of the things I do with what I’ve learned, and more importantly – some of the things I learn from what I do.
